Return & Exchange Policy

At Waxx Apparel, your satisfaction is our primary concern. If for any reason you're not completely happy with your purchase, please follow the criteria and instructions below to initiate a Return or Exchange of your product and we'll work quickly to help you out.

30-Day Return Window:

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return eligible items.

Items in New Condition:

To qualify for a return, items must be in their original, unworn, and unwashed condition, with all tags and packaging intact.

Refunds or Exchanges:

Choose between a refund to your original payment method or an exchange for a different size or color.

Unique Conditions:

Personalized and or customized "one-off" items may have different return policies, which will be clearly outlined during the request process.

Please note that you are responsible for the cost of return shipping.

Start a Return:

Initiating a return is easy;

To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team at customercare.waxx@gmail.com to notify us that you wish to process a return.

Within the email, please include your (Name, Reason for the return, and the original order number or copy of your receipt.) So we can keep track of your request.

Once completed, please carefully package the clothing item(s) and include a second copy of your original order invoice/receipt in the return.
